Sandra was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2018 after obtaining her LLB degree from the Ebonyi State University. She is also an associate of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC).
Sandra’s core areas of practice include Commercial Litigation, Corporate Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms and Asset Management and Recoveries. She has experience with receivership matters and has handled matters relating to international aviation disputes one of which involved sums reaching up to $5,000,000.00. She was part of teams which negotiated several settlements and recoveries on behalf of Government parastatals; showing her conviction that a mutually beneficial conclusion is possible in disputes.
Sandra has appeared in several Courts of Record in tenancy and land dispute matters and has some experience with asset tracing. Having developed an awe for the law and its mechanisms from childhood, Sandra appreciates the role of the legal profession in all cadres of the society ranging from government administration to the enforcement and protection of the rights of masses and has the ability to critically analyse issues and dissect the legal problems therein with an aim to resolving them.
